{Ladies are|Females are|Girls are} working hard for equality and closing the gender gap, and they did indeed come a long way since the Global Gender Gap {Statement|Record|Survey} that was initially {released|posted|printed} in 2006 by the earth Economic Forum. {These types of|These kinds of} gaps are prevalent in many walks of life being it in {sexuality|male or female|girl or boy} equality, equality for education, employment opportunities,
pay or social norms and there is no denying the benefits reaped from such equality for {economical|monetary} {development|progress|expansion}.
From the many women workshops and empowerment {classes|periods|lessons} I attended, seeing working women clapping for one another, I couldn't help but notice there is another gap looming over our heads that {no-one|no person} seems to notice or address. We always {communicate|exhibit|share} the need for women to empower one another, sharing resources, expertise even praise. And although that still remains {challenging|difficult|an issue} in the workforce for a few, yet there are those who measure their success by helping others succeed as well.
{Nevertheless|On the other hand|Even so} {almost all of} these working women {have previously|have} stepped into the empowerment path, being able to have {a profession|a job}, be financially independent and self-develop {to higher|to raised} their lives is one step in the right direction. {Yet|Nevertheless|Although} what about {the standard|the normal|the totally normal} house wife? That woman who decided to stay home; whether from lack of opportunity {or|in order to|as well as to} be with her children {or perhaps a|or maybe a|or possibly a} choice she made {and it is|and is also|which is} comfortable with, how does {the girl|the lady|your woman} {easily fit in|fit into|easily fit into} the circle of empowerment?
What I have come to realize is the fact {almost all of} those stay at home women can benefit from the support of career women, and do wonders for themselves and their {family members|households|people} if they happen to have the right tools, whether or not they seek employment or not. But career women and women at home are two worlds apart. {They will are|That they are} so alienated from one another {it is|that it must be|that it can be} {surprising|stunning|alarming}.
The career woman is so focused on her work and overcoming her own battles to {be successful|do well} not having you a chance to consider what it is like {for the|for your|for this} woman at home spending her hours raising children. Some even might be under the impression that these housewives have it easy, believing that they spend their days {viewing|observing|seeing} soap operas and shopping. Pointing a disapproving {little finger|ring finger|quick} to the lack of commitment for change, sense that as a working woman {she gets|this wounderful woman has|this lady has} to {bring|hold|take} the burden to {replace with|replace} the slack of women who decided not to seek a career.
{1|A single|One particular} the other side of the coin spectrum there is the housewife, {that is|who will be|who may be} busy running around {going to|participating in|participating} to the needs of her family, exhausted {almost all of} the time. Unfortunately there are even those who feel resentful for not being able to do more with their life. {A few of these|Many of these} housewives see the career woman as a threat, where her man goes and spends several hours with {every day|on a regular basis|each and every day}, her {condition|express|point out} of comparison is {comprehended|recognized|realized} yet not justified. {Occasionally|Often|Oftentimes} in her mind the housewife views the {profession|job} woman as selfish, {starving|famished|eager} for power even at the expense of her loved ones. Blaming many failed marriages on the career woman or {thinking|assuming|trusting} it is {a reason behind|a basis for|a cause of} {remaining|keeping|being} single, pointing another disapproving finger for the options made by the {profession|job} woman.
